Returns & Exchange Policy

At Daybreak, we stand behind every product we make. We want you to love what you ordered — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it work.


Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only on all apparel (t-shirts and hats) within 30 days of delivery.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or style. If you're unsure about sizing before you order, reach out to us and we'll help you find the right fit.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with no signs of use
  • Hang tag must be intact and still attached to the item
  • Requested within 30 days of your delivery date

Please note: We allow one exchange per order. If the replacement size does not work, no further exchanges will be issued and all sales are considered final.


How to Start an Exchange

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number and the size you need
  2. We'll confirm your exchange is eligible and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship your replacement size at no additional charge

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your exchange once the item is received.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order, we will make it right — fully and at no cost to you. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.


Daybreak Editions — Final Sale

All Daybreak Editions framed prints are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept exchanges on Daybreak Editions unless the item arrives damaged, in which case please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.


What We Do Not Accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items with hang tags removed or missing
  • Exchange requests made after 30 days of delivery
  • More than one exchange per order
